Karen Gunn-Bardot, Broker/Manager, LCAM and Broker of Record for Showcase Property Management with more than 30 years experience in Property Management.  Karen currently provides management services for more than 1300 properties throughout Brevard County, unfurnished, furnished and commercial.  In addition she provides Management for more than 25 associations; both condominiums and homeowners. Two offices, one located in Cape Canaveral and the other in Palm Bay, allowing full coverage of Brevard County Florida.

Karen has vast knowledge and experience in revitalizing distressed properties and is able to take the property to turnkey operation.   Karen also works closely with investors to assist them in making their decision wisely to be able to receive top market rents.  She has aggressive collection and delinquency experience with evictions, foreclosures, assignment of rents, and certificate of title.  She specializes in developer turn-over, self-managed associations, maintenance and construction defects.
