Our Association Department
Karen Gunn-Bardot, Diane Whittington, Dorena Wise, Jacqueline Bell, and Lynn Stewart are the Florida Licensed Community Association Manager's who assist board members with their directives in each of the associations. Managing Broker, Karen Gunn-Bardot, uses the team approach with selecting vendors, insurance agencies, attorneys, and staff members to complete the many tasks to keep associations running efficiently. She has developed a group of Showcase vendors and professionals to secure the best rates and terms for condominium associations.
Associations are governed by the state of Florida; they are required, by law to manage association fees and funds appropriately. Karen is an expert at association management law and assures fiscal and financial affairs are in order. Showcase has a bookkeeping department dedicated just for associations to manage billing payments and expenses. A Showcase Licensed Community Association Manager attends the board of director meetings, assists with annual reports and all communications for residents of each association.
